Carhartt Reworked is our dedicated resale program designed to extend the life of our gear. We take back previously worn and slightly imperfect garments, clean them, and offer them for resale to keep durable workwear in the field and out of landfills.

How do you determine the condition of Reworked items?

Every piece undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection. We categorize items into three grades: 'Excellent' (like new), 'Very Good' (minor signs of wear), and 'Great' (visible character and wear but fully functional and structurally sound).

Can I return a Reworked purchase?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy on all Reworked items. The gear must be returned in the same condition it was received. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How do I trade in my old Carhartt gear?

You can bring your pre-owned Carhartt gear to participating retail locations. If your items meet our durability and condition standards, you will receive a digital gift card to use at Carhartt.com or any Carhartt Company Store.

Are Reworked items covered by the Carhartt Grounded Warranty?

While Reworked items are built to last, they are sold as-is and are not covered by our standard lifetime warranty. However, we guarantee the condition of the item at the time of purchase as described in our grading scale.

How long does shipping take for Reworked orders?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your gear's journey to your doorstep.
