At Carhartt Reworked, we stand by the durability of our gear; if your pre-owned purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all returned items must be in the same condition as received to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your gear is tracked correctly.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place your items in the original packaging or a sturdy reusable mailer, ensuring all old shipping labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed once our team inspects the reworked quality.
